Campbelltown is a city located in the historic Macarthur Region, south-west of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The traditional land of Aboriginal people from the Dharawal language group, Campbelltown was founded by Governor Macquarie on 1 December 1820. In 1968 Campbelltown was declared a city. Today the city stretches from Denham Court in the north to the Nepean River in the south, from the Georges River and Wedderburn in the east to the Scenic Hills and Mount Annan Botanic Garden in the west.

| Meetings |
The Society meets on the fourth Saturday of each month except January and December. Meetings commence at 1.30 pm. The venue is the Servant's Quarters, Glenalvon, 8 Lithgow Street, Campbelltown (behind Glenalvon House, entry via the driveway). Visitors are welcome.
The Museum is open regularly on 1st Tuesday, 2nd Saturday, 3rd Wednesday of every month except December and January, from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
